I had been having contractions all day. Finally at 12:00 that night we called the doctor and headed to the hospital. This picture was taken as we were about to walk out the door.
He was 7 lbs. 9 oz. and 19 inches long.
Riley spent the night at Kate and Brian's house. Nee Nee, Pops, and Annie picked her up Saturday morning and brought her up to the hospital. This was the first time Riley got to see her little brother.
Already Riley was absolutely in love.
So was Pops!
Later that afternoon Kate and Lexi came to visit.

Sunday:
Nee Nee's first knitting project, a hat for Caden.
RIley jumped up on the bed with me. She felt my VERY squishy stomach and said... "Mommy, it's empty!"
Dustin's dad came to visit Sunday afternoon.
We got to come home on Monday afternoon!
