The night before last Dustin went outside to mow the lawn so I took Riley out too so that we could waste some time and walk around. Every time that she saw Dustin, she waved and reached for him. I finally broke down and handed her to him. She had so much fun on the lawn mower. Who would have thought. After she got off I had to bring her inside because she was really mad that she couldn't get back on with him. What a little stinker!
Kate and the kids came over yesterday to help us celebrate Riley's birthday. My parents also drove down from Appleton just to see her on her birthday. What wonderful grandparents they are. It was really special having everyone here. I know that Riley doesn't know the difference, but Dustin and I do. It was nice to have someone to celebrate with. Here are some pictures from the night.
